Job Description

Mô tả công việc:

  • Learn and understand the company's products, sales processes, and strategies.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in the coordination of promotional activities, trade shows, and events.Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in this field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
