Talent Acquisition Support

  • Hiring: Hiring Freelancer and Staff level position.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records and smooth progression through the hiring stages.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
  • Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Onboarding Preparation: Assist in preparing onboarding materials and coordinating new hire setups with relevant departments.
  • Metrics Tracking: Support HR by tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and generating reports to optimize strategies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with recruitment agencies and vendors, handling contracts, invoicing, and communication.
  • Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent database to support future recruitment needs and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining integrity and legal compliance in recruitment activities.

Office Management

  • Ensure efficient office operations, including facility management and equipment maintenance.
  • Financial Oversight: Track monthly expenses, manage budgets, and ensure timely payment of HR-related expenses.
  • Asset Management: Oversee company assets, including office supplies and equipment, to maintain smooth operations.
  • Supplier Relations: Manage supplier contracts and relationships, addressing administrative needs and resolving issues.

Thời gian làm việc: 9AM – 6PM (Mon – Fri).

Job Requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates with internship experience or at least 1 year of experience in an administrative, coordinator, talent acquisition, or similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR regulations, compensation strategies, and benefits administration would be a plus.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
