• Thực hiện quy trình xử lý hóa đơn hằng ngày;
• Xử lý các giao dịch thẻ tín dụng vào hệ thống hằng ngày;
• Công việc kế toán hàng tuần như chuẩn bị báo cáo doanh thu, chuẩn bị báo cáo số dư đầu kỳ, báo cáo phân chia liên doanh, báo cáo cân đối doanh thu trực tuyến, báo cáo khớp tiền mặt hoạt động;
• Công việc kế toán hàng quý như quá trình kiểm kê tồn kho (ca đêm) và chuyển đổi phải thu;
• Các công việc kế toán khác được yêu cầu bởi khách hàng;
• Chuẩn bị tài liệu Excel để phân tích;
• Các công việc khác được giao bởi quản lý.

• Daily conducting the invoice processing workflow;
• Daily processing credit card transactions into system;
• Weekly Accounting tasks such as prepare quality of earnings report, opening balance sheet report, joint venture distribution calculation report, online revenue reconciliation report, operating cash matching report;
• Quarterly Accounting task such as inventory counting process (night shift) and AR conversion;
• Other accounting tasks required by the clients;
• Preparing Excel documents for further analysis;
• Other ad-hoc tasks from management.

Thời gian làm việc: 2PM – 11PM (Mon – Fri).

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

Qualifications:

• Must have:
  • Fresh graduate major in Accounting and/or less than one year of working experience in Accounting.
  • Good English communication skills, especially writing and reading.
  • Can perform basic function on MS Excel.
  • Has knowledge of accounting principles and functions.
• Nice to have:
  • Familiar with US accounting standards.
