Mô tả công việc: Editor cho Founder Hakeem (HC Editor ROLE + Trial - High Ticket Barbers)

• Long From: Edit 2x long-form haircut tutorials (12-18 minutes) p/week
• RPSD Short From: Then turning them into repurposed 4–6 SF vids per LF (total 8-12SF)
• Collaborate often
  • Join team calls , brainstorm sessions, and async reviews. Your voice and ideas matter here.
• Edit high-quality short-form clips
  • Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping short videos made specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Note: 50% of projects will come Pre-Rough Cutted by videographer

The Results You Bring:

• Content Runway & Output
• Maintain a consistent content runway for Instagram and/or Youtube.

Thu nhập: 

• $1,750–2,000+/month + bonus $250
• Salary: $21,000-27,000usd per year

• Access to Devin Jatho’s Creative Director (david) that will train you 1x p/week.
• Access to Editing Material By Nexus Devin Jatho Program.
• Team Trainings + Lessons Plan 1x p/week with Media Director & Founder.
• Higher lead/strategist positions available. You'll be working closely with me/daris + videographer.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Ability of motion graphics, subtitles, masking, smooth zooms, & b-roll transitions
• Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable) + After Effects (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluent & Responsive Communicator.
  • You’re clear and easy to work with. Fluent Level of English
• You can juggle multiple projects. <24hrs Turnaround fast turn around
  • You know how to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and still produce great work under pressure.
• You’ve got experience.
  • 4+ years creating social media content that performs.
• You learn fast & coachable.
  • As haircutting education is a niche. you’ll be able to learn the names/process of haircutting. (Cutting guidelines, clippers etc).
