Mô tả công việc:

• Provide functional support for clients in HR system implementation;
• Be responsible for customer data's preparation, transform and import based upon detailed specifications;
• Maintain and update the data in clients' accounts timely;
• Support and perform compensation data analysis;
• Quickly respond to inquiries from consultants and ensure the data accuracy
• Diagnose or test all kinds of data conversions, imports and interface files.

Thu nhập: 12.000.000 đồng – 18.000.000 đồng /tháng (tuỳ theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm)

Địa điểm làm việc: Toà nhà Paragon, 3 Nguyễn Lương Bằng, P. Tân Phú, Q. 7

Thời gian làm việc: Từ 08:00 – 17:00 (Thứ 2 – Thứ 6)

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Mathematics & Statistics, Economics is preferred.
• HR or data analysis working experience;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Logical thinking; Detail-oriented and quick learning ability
• Good reading, written and verbal communication skills in English. CET-6 is required;
• Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel, Ability to write Macro in Excel;
• Proactive and team spirit.
