Mô tả công việc:

• Assist the Company Secretariat in reviewing and documenting current workflows.
• Support in drawing flowcharts, process maps, and simple diagrams under manager’s guidance.
• Contribute ideas on process improvements using IT/AI tools.
• Explore and test tools.
• Prepare presentation slides to support Secretariat operations.

Thu nhập: Khoảng 2.000.000 – 2.400.000 đồng /tháng

Điều kiện làm việc:

• Participate in company training programs (professional skills, communication skills).
• Support for internship certification stamping (if required).

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• 3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration with IT knowledge, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, flowchart drawing, and automation tools.
• Quick learner, proactive in exploring new IT/AI solutions.
• Plus: interest or basic understanding of AI, automation, and workflow management.
