Mô tả công việc:

• Guide and support primary and secondary-level students with professional knowledge and skills (under the guidance of mentors) as they pursue the related career fields, helping them complete a simulated work project.
• Knowledge: Use JM's project curriculum based on the American Career Guidance Program
• Career & soft skills: Direct the students to practice by leading them through case studies & the app/tool online/offline to have practical experiences
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and develop essential skills for careers in the field.
• Encourage active participation in industry-related simulations and role-playing activities.
• Assist in answering questions and providing guidance throughout the students’ career exploration journey.
• Participate in building up the simple career simulation project.
• Participant in the training session led by JM's Professional mentor team.

Thu nhập: 80,000 (VND) - 200,000 (VND) / hour

Địa điểm làm việc: At Partner Schools or Juvenis Maxime Building Office

Điều kiện làm việc:

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• University student in 3rd year or 4th year, or fresh graduates
• Excellent GPA (>3.0/4.0)
• English level: Competent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and guide individuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to assist students in overcoming career-related challenges.
• Experience in teaching and training on a project for primary and secondary students is an advantage.
• Empathy and a genuine commitment to the well-being and success of students
