1. About the Management Program:

The Management Program is designed to speed up the mastery of commercial techniques and real-world skills in E-Commerce, the MTP will expand your potential in 2 years. The trainee will gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience as you work as part of a great team, behind some of the biggest brands at the fastest growing E-commerce enabler in Vietnam.

Unlike an internship, the MTP is a full-time position that marks the start of the trainee’s career at OnPoint. Following the completion of this program, trainee will begin to take on key positions and impactful roles in The Company.

Ideal candidate for the Onpoint Management Trainee 2020

-        Vietnamese nationality

-         Fresh graduate (Bachelor or   Master Degree) or graduate with maximum 2-year experience

-        Major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, English….

-        GPA above 7.0/10 or 2.5/4

-        English fluency and computer literacy

-        High self-motivation and willing to learn, passionate in Ecommerce

-        Ability to adapt quickly and work under a fast-paced environment

-        Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team

-        Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone
