  • Liaise with and meet up customers, uncover the needs, deliver the best solutions that helps customers solve recruitment needs by the lead assignment.
  • Build and maintain the strong relationship with existing customers and increase the quality of assigned customer leads.
  • Implement sales plan and achieve sales targets and is transparent to share ideas to help the team improve performance.
  • Deliver customer care and post-sales services.
  • Follow up with supports to ensure the effectiveness of delivered services.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
  • Report to Group Account Manager.

Job Requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

  • College or higher degree.
  • At least 3 year of work experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development,  and or knowledge of human resources is preferable
  • Good command of presentation, communication, negotiation, selling skills.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure/tight timeframes.
  • Hard working, careful and detail - oriented
  • Ability to work individually or in team.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Able to communication in English is a plus.
